RoboAutomatika
Privacy Policy
Last updated:
RoboAutomatika LLC ("RoboAutomatika," "we" or "us") is based in Florida, United States and is responsible for the information described in this policy. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit roboautomatika.com or contact us about our services. Client projects may have separate agreements and privacy requirements.
Information we receive
Inquiries. When you email us, we receive your email address, name and any business contact details, message content or attachments you choose to provide. Please send only what is needed to discuss your inquiry.
Website requests. Our hosting and security providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, browser details and security events. Referring pages may also be included where your browser supplies them.
Savings estimator. Calculations run in your browser. If you follow the “Validate this opportunity” link, the selected workflow volume, minutes per item and calculated hours are included in the contact-page URL. That URL is sent to our hosting provider and may appear in request logs or website performance data. Visiting the estimator page also involves the website services described below.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, discuss potential work and keep relevant business correspondence. Technical information supports website delivery, security, troubleshooting and performance measurement. We may also retain or disclose information as necessary to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
An inquiry is not a newsletter subscription. If we introduce marketing subscriptions, we will provide the required choices and an unsubscribe method. We do not use this website to sell personal information or serve targeted advertising.
Website services and sharing
We use service providers for hosting, security, website performance and email delivery and storage. They receive the information needed to provide those services.
Cloudflare. Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. The live site also loads Cloudflare’s Web Analytics performance beacon to measure visits and page performance. Cloudflare states that this beacon does not use cookies or browser storage, or fingerprint individual visitors for analytics. Hosting and security processing is separate from that analytics functionality. See Cloudflare’s beacon documentation and privacy policy.
Google Fonts. Your browser requests fonts from Google. Those requests send Google technical information, including your IP address and request details. See Google’s explanation of font privacy and privacy policy.
We may share information with professional advisers or authorities when necessary for the legal purposes described above. We will seek consent for other uses or disclosures when required by applicable law.
Cookies and browser signals
Our website’s own code does not set cookies or use browser storage, and Cloudflare’s analytics beacon is designed to work without them. Cloudflare security features may use cookies when needed to protect the site. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking security cookies may affect access.
Our website does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. We do not use this website for the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no such activity for a Global Privacy Control signal to opt out of. Third-party services receive the request information described above; their own privacy notices explain their handling of that information.
Retention and protection
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. The period depends on whether an inquiry leads to a project, our ongoing relationship, applicable recordkeeping obligations and any dispute or security issue. Provider logs and backups may have separate retention schedules.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, financial account details, health information or other sensitive records in an initial email.
Visitors from Canada and other locations
We operate in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, including outside your province or country of residence. It may be accessible to courts, law enforcement or other public authorities under those countries’ laws.
Where consent is required, we obtain it in a form appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and the purpose of processing. You can decline to provide optional information or contact us to withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions; withdrawal may limit our ability to respond or provide a requested service. Visiting the website does not by itself constitute consent to unrelated uses of your information.
Your requests and questions
Contact our privacy contact at info@roboautomatika.com to ask what information we hold about you, request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or raise a concern. Please describe your request without sending sensitive identity documents. We may need to verify your identity before providing or changing personal information.
We handle requests within the time required by applicable law. Rights and exceptions depend on where you live and which laws apply; if we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason and any applicable review or appeal process. You may also complain to your relevant privacy regulator, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada where applicable.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided such information so we can address it.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page and change the date above. For material changes, we will provide any additional notice or obtain any additional consent required by applicable law before using information in a new way.
